you have to get your appendix removed. those days stink.

  12. Been there, done that! I was pregnant when I had to have mine removed! After three C-sections I can safely say that appendicitis was WAY worse! Feel better soon!!!

  36. That really sucks! But I guess if it had to happen at least it didn't happen on Thanksgiving or on Christmas! Hope you feel better soon! (maybe you will get some awesome hand quilting project done or get a few good books read while your minions wait on you hand and foot! I say if you have to be in pain you should milk it for all it's worth...laundry husband anyone? LOL!)

  38. Look at the bright side, you could have also had 18 inches of your colon removed, along with a huge cancerous colon tumor too. That is what happened to my hubby, and they took his appendix too. Glad your alright, and feeling good enough to blog. There is always a silver lining in bad things, you just need to find it.

  54. Sorry to hear about that. I had my removed when I was younger, have to spend a whole summer holiday in the hospital - sucks when you are six.

    The good thing, ice cream, Popsicles, pudding and time to sit in bed and stitch.
