Random week! haha

This week has been completely random!! haha... from making myself some new coasters and being completely sucked into a new book series ( which i finished! )... i have only produced... what could only be described as random art! LOL I've been seeing some fab coasters lately... so i pulled out some scraps and started throwing some together! I think they turned out pretty darling :)

then i finished up my { Urban } Home Goods - a modern swap's last little goodies for my partner so i can mail them out!! yay!! Hope they like their new potholder!!

and my last shop order!! no more Etsy!! ( for now anyways! ) ;)
but these were the real culprit to my fabric sewing demise this week!! I'm not sure if i'm happy with Amber or mad at her!! LOL ( just kidding... kisses Amber!! )

i sure hope you all have been more productive than me!! LOL XO, Heather

  1. chReading six BIG books, making four coasters, and two potholders is not accomplishing anything? One think I know for sure . . . you are not a slacker! That would be a great month for me, not just a week!

  2. I want a random week, what fun! I would love to read six big books, make totally fun coasters and then two potholders. How fun is it to get lost in a book, let alone a whole series. Have a great weekend!

  4. oooo! Vampire Academy books!! ::grins sheepishly:: I can't help but girlishly indulge in that series. I can't hardly wait for the next in the series!

Is "Fallen" & "Hush, Hush" any good? I've been tempted to pick them up at the library, but haven't gotten around to yet. There have just been so many other deliciously tempting books to read and quilts to make!

  10. Wow, those coasters are gorggeous!!! I'm sure the pot holder will add to the huge smile I'm sure your swap partner will have as soon as she opens the package! Probably a silly question, Are those books good? I've been looking at them in the shops and wondering? I need something new to read!

  11. The coasters look fantastic. I just was wondering if you stuck the shapes on and when they start getting used will the fabric peel?

  28. OMG...you just keep blowing me away with your stuff...those coasters...aaaawk!! excuse me while I wipe the drool off my jaw!! I think that when you start up your etsy store (again) it needs to be full of urban home goods and embroidery (already embroidered of course...not just patterns)!!! and thanks for that awesome david bowie song, it definatly cheered up my music day!!
